Maybe all tenants/managers would appreciate and should have that same direct line to avoid fines caused by tickets on cam issues instead being just his friends 
Well, I don’t think there will be a fine immediately if a camera breaks down and is not repaired immediately due to the ignorance of the participants. What else is it, of course, when a camera is intentionally switched off or misaligned.
On that cases i believe not, on the others there is. But the direct line is the same and work on all cases 
Of course there won’t be a fine because of a not working cam.

Why not just program the ticket receiver to send a notification directly to the local maintenance worker.
IE Participant or Manager to take care of the issue.
That’s how it works on the normal situations with the normal vh realms. There is a ticket from someone to the site support and then from support the communications is sent to the person the issue it concerns.
