Wouldn’t bother me. But I would like to see more of Anka.
Well with good planning it can be even faster. I remember a relocation from Sergio which took about 6 hours. This is the record to beat
Nah I don’t miss them too. Anka being back would be nice. I agree…
Most places know in advance they will relocate so I don’t get why they already find a new place BEFORE they are moving. In this case it would be only doing cams and wiring which should take no longer than two days. @kaya can you tell why they don’t do it this way? More than one week for relocation should not be accepted when manager doesn’t provide a plausible reason for the delay. Maybe introduce fines for the lazy relocators?
For example Barbie & Ken yesterday spent all the day on the sofa s___ping doing nothing instead of working on relocation…
I guess nobody misses these two…
Unfortunately as it’s out of my hands I don’t knoiw requirements. Supports only turns apartment offline or online for launches or relocations
I suggest 50$ fine for each day after one week when managers can’t provide a plausible and comprehensible reason for delay with a new date of opening.
The thing is relocations did not always take so long time. It’s only lately that each relocation takes ages…
Usually we had less than a week. But lately it’s really bad.
Management is not a priority of the managers of these apartments, they obviously love the title but actually not the management involved that comes with it. Imagine trying to run a business with these guys in charge, they would run it into the ground in a very short period of time. I do not know why the higher echelon of management step in and give them a basic management course.
Well when they lose money due to fines per day after a week they will finally get their asses up.
I am always surprised when tenants on relocation come to a different apartment and do couch surfing there instead of focussing all their energy on the relocation. Losing money will motivate them for sure…
Wasn’t Val on relocation? and we waited forever. And then poof she never come back
How about this. For each day an apartment is down without a plausible excuse the viewers get a % of their subs back.
Well after one month I would automatically set them to left project and when they want come back they can join the end of the queue of the places wanting to open
i’m not sure if this applies for relocation too, but it might explain some things, when an apartment get isp issues, the apartment gets paid 45$ per day even offline, now if that applies for relocation and the tenants get 45$ per day for relocation than definetey not worth to rush.
WTF? Is that true @kaya ? This should be stopped. No surprise they don’t get their asses up and start working
Still our of my hands
Can you tell us if VHTV actually has ANY control of these apartment, or the managers. I keep hearing ‘‘We have no control’’.
I’m sorry but I’m not saying that. I am a representative of support department and we are not in charge of relocations and payouts.
I think @MilkaFox is the right person for that…
Maybe the @VHTV_James can shed some light on these points the viewers are raising. We the viewers pay our subs to VHTV, not anybody else, therefore we expect the decency of some sort of reply, we can’t just be fobbed off and expect to stay happy. We do realise that we have no say in how the company is run but when things start going wrong we just want a decent explanation.
