Please forgive my total ignorance here but what is an “OSHA”?
Copied from Google:
OSHA, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, is a federal agency within the U.S. Department of Labor. Its mission is to ensure safe and healthful working conditions for all workers by setting and enforcing standards, and by providing training, outreach, education, and assistance. OSHA was established in 1971 following the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.
Protects workers from bad faith employers who compromise safety, essentially.
Ah OK, that explains why I had no idea about it.
I suppose our equivalent over here would be a health and safety executive from various places, the Department of Health and ROSPA (the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents).
Thanks Famous Amos…
Haha he can do both I can tell you
Not unusual here during the summer and the invers in the winter. Like 39 not including the humidity, the feel like temperature (and higher) in the summer and we can go -39 (and lower) in the winter.
I am a bird enthusiast with a reasonable(ish) degree of knowledge of some birds. However, the one thing I never realised until today was that apparently Flamingos love chocolate covered doughnuts!
Not sure…
It could even be a cousin of Hector & Marla’s two that they have in THEIR pool…
Maybe he’s their daddy then!
Yes I think one of the best pool angles we had so far
