The joke itself is not particulary funny, but still an interesting and fun fact It goes like this:
“Something which has never occurred since time immemorial …A young woman did not fart in her husband’s lap.”
It was probably funnier in Sumerian There might be a lot lost in translation here

Dear Mr. Lukas,
You have no way of knowing this, of course, but I have a huge crush on Scarlett Johansen. Not only is she an excellent actor, but she is drop dead, stunningly gorgeous and sexy as hell. (And, she can sing.)
So, when you posted this meme, I split the pictures to see if I could do anything with them. After seeing the size of each one, and the exceptionally poor quality, I figured it was a lost cause.
The top image was 356 x 237p. The bottom image was 355 x 222p. On my screen, that equates to slightly less than 1 in x ½ in, or about the size of a postage stamp.
Then, this happened.
The top image is 2048 x 1356, or 5 x 3.3 in.
The bottom image is 2047 x 1286p, or 5 x 3.1 in. This is the picture that just stunned me. Check out the face video.
So, thanks for the meme to play with.
