The USA has lost world standing. Other countries no longer look at the US as a trusted leader or partner. Canada and other like minded countries are looking at improving alliances and trade alliances and excluding US as much as possible. We can no loner trust the USA as a trusted trading partner. None of us are even sure if another NATO country evoked Article 5 of NATO because Putin attacked it if Trump would even show up! So, no the US is no longer a world leader. Not saying we are, might be that a new alliance with only like mined countries form that will have each others backs in it. Excluding countries like Russa that vetoes just about everything and and the USA that can’t be trusted.
