Could I suggest a post that is pined to the top of the forum once the team knows of a issue that affects the cams or the forum. As an example the translate globe issue and left pined for as long as the team deems necessary.
I’m sure if this is done it will save a lot of people putting in requests (tickets) to fix the same issue that the team is aware of and already working on. And saving time replying to all the request.
Post it with the issue being worked on and saying the post will be deleted when the issue is resolved, lock it.
Just a thought…
