A few years ago a male patient came into the ER for some knee pain and I began to examine him. He had a tattoo like this on the back of his calf. I thought it was a bit cryptic, so I just had to ask what the story was. He just laughed and said, “It’s for winning free _____s in the bar.”
I was stumped. “How do you win free _____s with a tattoo?” I asked.
