In case you have forgotten most forums are free.
My opinion, for what it’s worth. ‘‘I am a don’t know.’’ In the past when i have logged in one morning to find 2 or 3 hundred posts on one thread, most of which were garbage, but because it was an apartment i watched i would plough through them .Certainly no freeloaders would make that much better.
However i enjoy the idea of the forum and i guess that not just fellow voyeurs but, possibly people merely interested add a different dimension . On the whole i think i would be in favour of limiting access , maybe as someone has said a max of two at a time or perhaps 10 in a day ?
My real bugbear comes with the amount of unfunny, or not even understandable gifs . i hesitate to think how much time you waste ( aprt from that on VHTV trying to seek out an apposite gif to get one-up on someone you don’t know>
Torey is going beyond a joke and abusing the gifs now
The behaviours between freeloaders and subscribers posting are not much different
Topics often get off track, you only have to look at a certain topic where they get moved to on here and you will see that

I am against to limit anything for free users here on forums. They bring fun and good ideas here too. It will hurt the community here when he do that.

There are plenty of reasons to bring up such things. If you can’t bring up the past, you will never learn from it. I am glad you are getting along with him now but that doesn’t mean he will not fall back on past bad behaviors as well. I do hope he won’t though.
Well I see the here and now. For me there is all good and no reason to put on any restrictions to people who are free users. They also have the right to be here.
The only restrictions on free users is the current limit on how many cams are free - but they should be able to access the Forum, because it helps them see some of what they are missing (through screenshots and video clips posted by premium users) and could help them decide whether to subscribe. Also, in my case (and I’m sure many others) there could be times when subscribers have to suspend their membership due to financial issues and the forum helps them keep up with what’s going on until they are able to rejoin. That said, free users should cut down (or cut out) the complaining, they are getting something for nothing, even if it’s not as much as the rest of us get.
Sorry to say but they are misusing this freedom….
By complaining, yes - that’s why I say they should cut it out.
My initial reply to your comment was mostly a tongue and cheek joke comment. However, @VHTV_James stated here that everything they do has some financial motivation behind it.
I could see limiting the amount free users can post as a way to drive free users towards buying a paid subscription, within reason of course. Maybe something like 10 to 20 posts a day for free. After that they would need to pay for a sub to comment more. They could even offer a way for free users to earn extra comment without paying for a sub. Doesn’t Cam Caps forum do something like that??
Another idea would be to make features like gifs, emojis and/or posting pictures only available for paying subs or limit the number of times a free user could use these features. These are just ideas. I am not saying these are things that should or need to be changed on the forum.
If they do go with this then i won’t be renewing my subscription or posting on this forum. Things are fine the way they are why fix somethings that’s not broken.
