We can’t name her just like that. She needs to do something first. Something that is worth to be saved in the archives. That’s the main purpose of the names given
and it has no use anymore to name a girl…
when @Sparkles does not like the name , he just takes another name to save it in the archives
I have no clue about that and i can not speak for Sparkles. It happened to me a lot of times as well.
Cinderella is the latest example that comes to mind, after lots of searching for a very nice and available name, Bluewinner told us that he already named her
