I also have a few moles. And I’m not panicking about it. And I don’t want to spread panic either. I just have them checked by my GP once a year when the opportunity arises.

That’s exactly what I meant. My dermatologist does a screening at least every 2 years, and she says, as long as an eye is kept on these moles, there is enough time to intervene in case of some mutations.
