I’m writing support an email cause I pay for premium, and I EXPECT to be able to come back and view content I’ve missed because I don’t sit here all day.
The fact that people volunteer to do this is not my problem. I am paying for this s__t, and I expect to have access to a properly functioning archive. I will inundate support until this issue is sorted.

The problem is the more people experience requests being ignored, the less they bother to even post further requests.
