In the Flora apartment there is nothing that it should be. Total disappointment.
The biggest problem is that when you say something about an apartment. For I don’t know what reasons the people in that apartment are leaving or the apartment is offline.

Perhaps the anticipation of something that still awaits him? 
I certainly don’t think I have seen him remain naked for this long! I think he has been, since 1 something (however many minutes after) in the morning, on the clock (local time).
EDIT (having just checked again): Technically naked from about 1:05 AM local time, with a slight deviation, for dressing up in Flora’s clothing for a while.

Are all his clothes in the wash and he’s waiting for them to dry again? 
Maybe that’s why Flora had already lent him something of hers yesterday, but that had excited Marv so much that Kevin had to take it off again…
A little over 11 hours naked (with my previous consideration of a short break, to wear flora’s clothes - however long that lasted, in mind)…
