No that is definitely not right. Some do when they are actively looking but with so many guests on the site it would be impossible for managers to control all the guests

That is a possibility yes but what happens in Flora’s realm is very curated. She is very much a control freak in regards to what happens in her realm. She didn’t get the nickname the Pussy Drill Sergeant by accident.
Flora is beautiful, smart and above all else a savvy business woman. I can pretty much guarantee anything that happens in her realm she has the majority control over.
