She joined the forum 2 days ago and it surprised me so much that I had to edit my answer several times

I was just being a smart ass. The account has not been verified yet. However the Cinderella account first came of the forum at the same time that Flora was online and they were interacting with each other. Most likely Flora convinced Cinderella to make an account so she could better sell her merchandise.
They get a special badge by their name.
