Flora’s realm is experiencing issues with connection last days and they have to work it our with their ISP. Unfortunately, currently there’s no way to get another one (as a rule, we require 2 ISPs per flat).
While John was right when saying we expect to get usual VHTV questions via support, I don’t mind answering here too from time to time. The only difference is support gives a reply in minutes, and mine wouldn’t be that fast when I’m not here
