I just want to say that Flora has had to wade through a lot of our texts recently some of them critical (or critical enough to make her think that the authors were angry). I would just like to assure her that she is doing a first class job here in seeking to provide us with entertainment and that this aspect is much appreciated by the majority of us.

Am I correct in saying taking the apartment offline for no valid reason will result in a fine for Flora from VHTV?
