Looks like a mix of a English and Chinese Dragon. The upper part with the head and wings is English style. English style normally have a shorter tail. From the lower legs down is a longer thin tail, more of a Chinese style.
You want to ask Seth he’s the tattoo expert, me i’m anti ink anyway so no good asking for my opinion.
The good thing about mythical creature tattoos is that they don’t actually exist so you can draw them however you want

I have to agree, the 2 guys on their own was really quite something to watch, without anyone else being involved.
