Is that a real tattoo? I’m a fan of tattoos, but that dragon looks pretty rough… Tattoos are one of those things you never want to “get a deal” or go cheap on. You get what you pay for…
A lot of them in some apartments look as though they got what they didn’t pay for as well

Not true, you can get tattoos lasered off if you want to. The catch is it will cost more and be more painful than the original tattoo…

A bit early to say in regards to quality, it might be done in stages and screenshots are hardly the best way to tell
May even leave scarring as well which needs to be taken into account. depends which butcher does it i suppose

Simiar things have occured, though in less visible locations, Marica and Shana have their VHTV names tattooed on their feet. Their grand c___dren may ask about it sometime.

No it’s not too early. The line work is garbage and the proportions of the snakes body are all off. It’s more than the tattoo being bad. The art itself was not good which carried over to the tattoo not being good.
A talented tattoo artist could still fix the tattoo, but it would take a lot of work.
There is a chance this is just a rough sketch and and a lot more work still needs to be done.
