I could give you an answer to each point listed now, as I see it. But I don’t because, like your “answers”, it would be pure guesswork.
So I observe what Flora offers us and just enjoy it. 
It must be remembered that old Flora was married to Yan. Now it is a totally different situation and I hope much more liberated for Flora. I mean, I hope she ends up fucking Marv because the flirting between the two of them is obvious and goes beyond the limits.
@Mohrchi and @sparkles, i don’t think i have ( or have even intimated at) any answers. I really do not know. I have tried to put myself into each of their situations and cannot find that i would have acted like either of the guys. When i put myself in Flora’s shoes - ( i know difficult to imagine but fun) i agree with Francis that she is just having a bit more fun than usual .
But that still leaves me the completely unanswered question ‘’ Why no kissing.‘’
Flora you are a darling girl . Have fun, you are keeping me gloriously entertained whatever your motives.
