No it is not. You are bringing it here to this forum. You are clearly using this forum to get into her and extort her. You are clever and you are carefully not crossing the line. This is the summary of your tactic here:

#1 You do some favor for this community, post images and videos, so you justify your presence here, earn credit and gain popularity. Quite charming communication style, I should add.
#2 Use the credit you earn from the #1 and use it to lure this tenant to engage with you, then extort her.

You can be creative and spin the word however you want, use any of your tactics, play it cool, or pretend you are honest and I am attacking etc
 It doesn’t matter because experienced people absolutely do not trust an anonymous account in a forum like this. You should save your time and don’t expect someone like me be to believe a single word you are saying. So you could actually use ChatGPT to create a better and authentic narrative.

In addition, I don’t believe that you don’t care about my point here.
