You need to message support they can only fix it.

i cannot even imagine a working Yan
If anything, then as a plumber to lay “pipes”… 
If you message support to fix a cam the participant will usually get a fine… 
With the exception being if the cam is not loading properly.
If you ask the participant to fix it before contacting support, they can fix it themself and will not get a fine.

That is not true if a camera isn’t loading it’s not the participants fault no fine can be given.
