Its not that impressive tbh quality>quantity. Its easier to do multiple 2-5 minute rounds then lasting a hour in one session but I suspect they would not normally do this in real life anyway. Its like doing cardio for 5 mins then stopping and starting but doing it for a hour without stopping will give better results
