Not exactly itās a direct reflection of what cams users are watching live at one given time.

A lot, the reason is because it takes a second for the trending algorithm to catch up after users stop watching a realm.
The irony is that i was believing exactly the same as you, and i am 99% that Bluewinner clarified this for me

because so many of us are watching Floras realm at the moment!
I actually prefer to watch Flora s___p, but since sheās hiding under the covers, I just watch Marv and Kevin. That makes me so s___py. And so slowly Iāve reached the necessary bed weight. 
The almost 24/7 bad functioning cams from 97 appearing there for long time explains a lotā¦ And surely itās not from timeline from that cams
