We should finally let you run and manage your own apartments. How is it even possible we did not recognize such a genius among all of us all the time? I am sure if they all realize your brilliant ideas the site will become so much better. At first we should start to remove all switches for the lights and hardwire the connections to all lamps. We should provide a certain amount of money to each apartment to finance the changes which need to be made and also the higher electricity bill. For the showers I suggest a device where the participants are strapped in so they have to face the camera all the time especially while shaving. The last step would be a loud blaring alarm if some of these unworthy minions dare to not face the camera for a second. I hope you are happy with that and if you agree VHTV should start implementing all that ASAP and make you the manager who oversees it all. 
Well, there are some uninhibited residents who don’t need to hide in the dark, everything is easy to share, but only a few can do it.
But what is your suggestion to do to the ones who always hide in the dark? I want to get as many knowledge as possible from the expert in here. We unworthy people can only be happy if we can learn from you.

He never fails to disappoint, day in and day out on soooo many threads! He’s not happy until he put a damper on a thread. As if we don’t know he wants the lights on! I’m sure even if they have that middle of the night half a seep, half awake lazy fuck…oh wait dear we need to turn on the light! He spews his mantra at nauseum!
