England’s football at this tournament reminds me of Italy at WC 2006. Played almost nothing but made it to the final and made a huge surprise by winning against a much better team of France at penalties

But the England defence is very solid. They have only conceded 3 goals.
However, they have also only scored 4 goals.

Germany scored 11 goals conceded 4 but still went out , its about getting across the fiish line in front and engand have done it the hard way since game 1 , and still get to the semis , charcter and determination as proven to be the way forward, not greatt for the fans , but whatever system southgate plays it seems to be enough

Southgate has no merit at all. He is totally sh…te. Lucky having a huge number of super high quality players to save him. That’s all, nothing else. Every goal was an individual execution. The rest…like i said…totally s…e

i guess you havent been listening to the english fans and pundits lately , none of us have backed soppy southgate , but if you listen to the players they all say we listen to and back the boss
as i said character and determination by the star players , but if you listen to them they all back the bosses tactics and thats the part that needs to be mended , southgate is a defender through and through as no knowledge of attacking football , he should of been sacked before the tournament and either potter howe or even lampard should of taken over

Well. Every football player feels a pre programmed loyalty to the coach. No matter what. That does not mean that every player agrees with everything the coach stands for and what he does. I think.
maybe in previous generations , but these footballers of today are a bigoted lot and are not afraid to speak there mind especially the star players
