At first glance, I thought that was Artem. I have certain knowledge of why it isn’t him though. I did find myself examining him from various angles to begin with mind you, just to make sure.
At least I didn’t get him confused with Wayne. I think that would be the crime of the century as I am VERY familiar with HIM! 
I must admit that from that position, the hair colour/style, plus the black clothes, it might look like Artem.
