I got the feeling yesterday when I watched the 2 lads (the cats) interacting with each other, that Belyash was TRYING to be friendly but it seemed that it was Raf who was the one being a bit ‘stand-offish’. I wondered if that was just because it’s ‘his’ territory and he felt a bit threatened by the new cat.
Let’s see what happens though…
in fact, on the contrary, Raf is trying to play and make friends with him, but Belyash is still wary, that’s why Raf is constantly walking and meowing right now😅

Fair enough. I was just going by first impressions of what I saw yesterday. I suspect they have both had a little more time now to get used to each other. I certainly look forward to seeing how things progress between them.
