That’s a picture of the one we knew (probably still should know) as ‘Desoland’, until the rename of ‘Peter’ happened. The cat apparently has no name, at least not as stated in the directory anyway.

Well the colors especially on the forehead really match. So I would say I am 99% sure that is Tommy
