Discussion about Russian invasion of Ukraine

Yeah, he can’t act based on emotions.

Thank you for the reply. I thought hit unites were against International law even if they are used a lot. Was hoping it would cross a line so others could get involved and try to stop the madness.

Yes the Wagner group. But as I said they are not threat in Ukraine anymore

Thanks for additional information. I read already yesterday that the Wagner people in Kyiv got neutralized.

Taken from the Lyrics of Dad’s Army

Who do you think you are kidding Mr Puttin?
If you think we’re on the run
We are the boys who will stop your little game
We are the boys who will make you think again
‘Cos who do you think you are kidding Mr Puttin?
If you think old Ukraine’s done
Mr. Boiko goes off to town on the 8:21
But he comes home each evening and he’s ready with his gun
So watch out Mr Puttin? You have met your match in us
If you think you can crush us, We’re afraid you’ve missed the bus
'Cos who do you think you are kidding Mr Puttin?
If you think old Ukraine’s done

I hope that you are right Jabbath

He was also released in Munich.

Is that the same guy? He was active on both locations? :stuck_out_tongue:

At the moment, I am just hoping that some jets somewhere have their targets set on that convoy and are just waiting for some kind of breakthrough in negotiations. Then, if it does not happen…boom!

That convoy seems to be stuck. Easy target at the moment.

Does Ukraine not have the military capability to take out the convoy itself? :frowning: I would have blown that miles long convoy to smithereens by now

I have heard some armchair pundits speculating that the ukraine air capability has been severely degraded. I hope that is not the case.

Yes, but I believe parts of kiev are probably also easy targets for that convoy where it stands.

TV Rain is the last independent TV channel in Russia. I asked editor-in-chief @tikhondzyadko if he is concerned for his and his colleagues’ safety. “Of course I am concerned” for himself, his wife, his colleagues, he tells me. “No one knows what will happen tomorrow morning.

It is needed elsewhere. They will get 70 more jets from the West so hopefully this will soon change.

70 more jets wont make much difference.

My immediate thought is how would they deliver them?

Flying from a NATO airbase like Deblin in Poland could spark a lot of problems and this is where the pilots for these types of aircraft are trained. It may raise eyebrows in the Kremlin about NATO’s involvement. Still, I guess they will find a way.

Yeah but isn’t total deployment from Russia that’s capability isn’t it?
