Well at the moment it’s impossible for them to become member as they are involved in the war. We have to be realistic there. But they need a clear perspective and plan that they can become member when the war ends.
And to think only a short time ago Macron accused NATO of being ‘brain dead’. Merkel also refused to allow Ukraine into NATO when it was suggested earlier. The Germans appear to be partly in thrall to Putin albeit they are supporting Ukraine.

@ iain, Absolutely Iain there is very little truth from Moscow. The only thing they seem to have dropped is saying the war is on schedule and going to plan. It is interesting to watch all the changes being made to those in command on the battlefield. It feels like a different general every month. Alright some are being k__led but replacing them will affect their pace and communication thus weakening their f___es. Then there is all these missing generals along with the mystery of Prigozhin’s whereabouts. In one of the videos below we see the first picture of Prigozhin but it is over a month old.
