It is not just politics that China has not supplied much physical aid. Their covid problems are so bad that factories are all closing or running very slow. Simple things like cement or plaster board, are getting very difficult to find because the factories are not producing.

Selensky now has a big political job to do in not giving in to the politicians such as Macron and the Italians about conceding a compromise . He must seek reaparations.
Zelenskyy is pretty pissed off with Macron and has criticized him many times for negotiating on behalf of Ukraine with Putin without consulting him first.
The coming months will tell how far Zelenskyy will go, but I would not be surprised at all if he doesnât want the whole of Ukraine back, including the Crimean Peninsula and rightly so. Long way to go yet, but boy, have they done well.
