Well I can say the number. It is 4.

Hi Rob, you’re damn right pal, Putin had the audacity to bow his head at a memorial service for war dead the other day and now he’s sending Russian troops into another war situation where he’ll undoubtedly lose many lives.I just hope this conflict does not go nuclear.

President Vladimir Putin has warned that if other countries interfere with Russia’s attack on Ukraine, they will be met with “consequences that you have never experienced in your history”.

Well seems not all of his troops are convinced by this attack:

Biden,AMERICA,UE, Liars, impostors, will do harm in Ukraine

I have no words, except my wife and our friends are here sitting in front of the news with tears in our eyes.

Looks like not all Russians lost their mind yet, what you can’t say about terrorist Putin;

No words we can say that will help except all our thoughts are with you and your family and the Ukranian people and hope you and all family’s keep as safe as possible.
Just an unimaginable situation for everybody in Ukraine. Very sad.

This is sad day for entire world. We at VHTV wish nobody gets hurt, anywhere, never.
We all should understand though, as our network of apartments is big and covers many different countries, we might be experiencing some outages if there will be ISP-related problems, which, usually, happen in situations like these anywhere in the world.

We can’t control that, though our teams are connected to studios and participants to keep everybody up-to-date to make sure everybody is safe. In cases of outages, our teams will work on establishing connections via reserve channels if those will/become available in short term.

On behalf of VHTV team, whose employees live & work from different countries and some of them have friends/relatives/families in countries affected by this conflict, I can surely say nobody wants that and all we praise for is peace between people.

I hope this mess will be resolved ASAP with no causalities and actions affecting peaceful citizens of any country.

It is beyond sad but it is also an outrage - that in the 21st century a major power invade a peaceful neighbour. Russia of all countries that suffered so much in the last century - has it learnt nothing. I doubt that the Russian people want this war but the World must respond by ostracizing Russia as a civilized country. All links with Russia, cultural or otherwise should be severed. Thoughts with the Ukrainian people and may the justice of their cause prevail.

There are live stream videos of tanks rolling into Ukraine from Belarus and of course that madman Lukashenko has branded the people behind Kiev’s statement “exceptional scum.” The only scum here is that mad m____ring scum who is deranged.

I am not sure what they want to achieve? The number of f___es deployed is not enough to make them surrender. I read reports that Russians are surprised about resistance and expected Ukrainians just to hand over their weapons.

Everybody who wants to support Ukraine in this conflict can help with sharing information/protesting/donating

A lot of these actions that are going on now are strategic to take out any threat and you see it in any conflict be it the US or whatever, first, they take out airpower and airports and then missile bases etc. etc.

It could be a spearhead to protect a strategic crossing point for any future action if needed. I know there are new bridges built across rivers in Belarus allowing large movement of troops, but we will just have to wait and see what happens as no one knows.

Stay safe my friend :hugs:

Kiev attacked by helicopters at this moment.

Talking about information it might be a good idea to have a topic where only information without any comments are posted so the Russian participants on forums here can see what is going on as some of them might not have access to the real news in Russia…

Two of them shot down I read.

One of our friends Maria is from Ukraine and is living on her own, so my loving caring wife has just gone to pick her up and she is moving in with us for the time being, so she doesn’t need to be alone through these horrid times.

I am so proud to be married to such a kind and warm-hearted person such as Ryo - I am indeed a very lucky man.

In Russian media they say 100.000 refugees came to Russia. They are given food and clothes and shelter. I talk with people who believe this. I say it is all lies. How to prove what is the truth?
