I’ll third that. As much as I like hot, naked Eastern European girls and guys there could be more variety. Indian/Asian/Latina does sound nice but anything else too, really.

I think that the cost of suitable rental properties would be a major factor in the UK in a semi rural area a 2 bedroom house would cost 800 pounds sterling 930 Euro’s per month. Then you have the problem would the vendor let the property out to such a venture if the rental payment is not guaranteed.

The next hurdle is finding suitable participants willing to go on cam 24/7 for a period of time without a guaranteed income.

Regarding Asia I believe that the biggest hurdle to overcome would be the huge cultural chasm between Asia and Europe. I know there was a realm opened in India
but the participants had relocated from Europe.

I do hope that other realms can be opened up, but realistically I have my doubts if the realms can flourish. I wouls like to be proven wrong though.
