This one probably.
On the first visit he brought two red roses and a beautiful cake. Did his full scout round the house. When he returned, he immediately found the bathroom without any problems.
Behaved like a future customer. He didn’t have the conversation of an acquaintance or a friend. He helped a little. She let him out just in time before her friend - the painter - rang the bell. Business wise because she knew he was going to come back a little later.
