I am not saying that they aren’t. But just looking at them eating…
My stomach is too sensitive for that

My stomach is too sensitive for that
I know some people can stomach that not me it gives me chills just thinking about
I will eat food that is cook
I’ve been wanting to try sushi but haven’t got the nerves to try it yet
Well, that’s something definitely NOT on my menu…
What made it even worse now was watching the whole preparation process from the start.
Well you have just seen what it essentially is, restaurants just make it look more appealing
It’s like steak for me. When I eat it, I would NEVER have it ‘rare’ or even ‘medium rare’. I have it cooked properly (‘well done’) so that it is not still mooing at me!!!
Looks like Derek is getting more sushi
its raw mackeral and a very nice dish if you enjoy fish dinners
So you have yours the same way?
I used to enjoy catching fish (including mackerel to continue using as bait) but otherwise they can stay where they belong…in the sea! :face_v___ting:
The exception being smoked salmon, I do like that actually but only on the odd occassion.
Any possible meat, only well done. I get sick if i feel any juice in there
A good steak MUST be juicy. When it’s cooked through, it tastes like the sole of a shoe…
This is what it should look like inside…
There is only one thing that would ever come close to my mouth if looking like that. And it’s definitely not a Steak
youve cremated it , wanna be carefull of all that carbon
this is how it should look
It’s actually a TOTAL falsehood, the idea of it being automatically tough (like leather to paraphrase your “sole of a shoe” comment) if cooked ‘well done’. It simply depends upon the chef AND the quality of the meat. I have had a good number of steaks cooked that way and they have all been juicy (no @John78 honestly not in a horrible way…just nice and soft).
That’s not done at all. We might as well go into a field and chase a living cow around it, catch the cow and bite its bottom (the poor thing).
Of course it’s all subjective though isn’t it? Each to their own and all that.
