добро in its grammatical forms is mostly associated with greetings. good evening/morning/day (добрый вечер, доброе утро, добрый день) etc., but together with пожаловать it means ‘heartly welcome’

I was rather hoping the slim brunette would stay a little longer.
Saddens me to see young adults smoking cigarettes, especially what we know today about how unhealthy they are.
