As far as I am aware Harmony, Flora Fennec were not associated with Roza. who has been in a foursome with Artem Barbara and Edyrm. The clips are in the archive from 2022 I do not know who the managers of those respective apartments were.
Well some managers actually work a lot on growing their apartments while this might be less of priority for others.
There is not a restriction for other managers to do the same
If you work more you will be more successful. Simple business.
Besides that it won’t be fair to punish manager for good and hard work and restrict them.

Talking about Ledian and Tristan. They are free to do more and therefore earn more. About earnings of them I don’t know. It’s not public information. If you have private information you are not allowed to publish such information in public

Do things viewers like, interesting events, hobbies, parties. Good setup of cameras, good lighting, nice looking apartment and cleaning regularly

The fact that there are fluctuations in the apartments is nothing new.
It is true that a team of managers has recently opened many apartments in different age groups.
Another management team has closed many apartments and recently had differences of opinion with its participants, which probably led to the fact that they no longer have any apartments in their home country.
The 3rd management team, which used to have a lot of apartments, is also struggling internally and has not always been “lucky” with the apartments and participants.
Nobody can say what it will look like in 1-2 years’ time, can they?

Yes the process is very dynamic. You need to get lucky and get a good source for new people and participants who know how to find good guests who want to join the project.
But this can be very dynamic as I said.

Why are you always mentioning Flora? I didn’t hear you say anything against her apartments (which were quite short lived by the way and ended with her removing herself from the project) last year.
You need a good plan and be prepared for eventualities. It’s not only about opening one apartment after the other one.

Simply because what is happening now with all those new apartments is exactly the same story, copy/paste and you “suddenly” became a big fan of them 
By the way, wasn’t easier and much, much cheaper to simply put them all under the same roof into a big house ? Maybe even call it project “Nude House 2.0” if you remember right?
To be fair 30 out of 49 current active apartments have some kind of connection to each other (or 32 out of 51 if you count Tazmin and Ecstatic) if my hardcore investigation skills (i.e.: using the wiki) are to be trusted

Such a thing like that is not easy as the bigger the location usually the views of cameras get worse due to bigger rooms and areas and the layout with many needed cameras can be confusing. Such a house can be amazing if done right but the risk to fail is very high. Personally I wish a manager would try a big house again implementing all the lessons the other managers learnt the hard way who failed before

Curious question ! WHY is it of any importance ??? VHTV supply the template , the managers supply the action , without them there would be no VHTV ,the more the manager provides , the more he as to pay out , so in essence he/she looses and we gain , so why would you put a limit on it ???
