Poor Jeka will have a lot of work to do again on upcoming holidays when they move to a big house again.

I am not sure. For a cold pool to cool off after sauna seems to be too big. So I think maybe it can be heated but they never used it.
Yes, you’re right, the pool is really unheated, I do not know why they made it so big, they probably use it only in summer.
