I was just giving an example of how a couple (guests) at Macy’s place are living at Macy’s place like nothing happened, I mean he gave her a black eye. I would thinks guest who indulge in such violence should not be allowed in the apartment. But hey a black eye is nothing right.

I agree to that my friend. But I think the problem is that nobody can proof that it was him giving her that black eye. Even everybody of course has no doubts about that. Including me.
The only way to really get them to pay attention is with their bank account, lost memberships = lost money. I could cancel and go back to RLC.

Sorry, but Charlize helped that to happen and between the three she could have easily avoid all that specially being in the female side. My opinion is that you should handle such serious incidents like severe violence and r__e differently. Support just answering they follow a protocol does not help. Also when such serious incidents happen the only one deciding what has to be done should be HR. And not the managers as they will always have financial interest to keep the place online and avoid and / or minimize fines.
If everything happened the way @jabbath1987 wrote, these people (both participants and guests) will not appear on our project anymore. Did I answer your question?
