Second let managers decide is totally wrong too here. Of course they want the place back online fast to continue to earn money. HR has to decide hereā¦
Third when you say nothing happened why did you delete the footage? Makes no sense at allā¦

If there is an issue serious enough to warrant footage being removed then there has to be a person who could reply on the forum with basic answers why it has been deleted and why the apartment is still online.

Agree when they know by now. The last reply from support seems that managers do not know yet:
We canāt keep realm offline if there is no v_______n, we have protocol for that, all information and footage were received to the managers. They will decide what to do with participants and realm. They also can decide to close that realm.
i think Charlize does not deserve the apartment to be closed, i would be very sorry, but i would opt for kicking Cooper away from all this, and come when heās ready (with tranquilizers in his pocket )
Did you even read what I wrote? THe protocol is not enough here. By far not. Manager should not decide what is happening when there are v_______n like that. I kindly ask you to forward it to the head of support Virginia when you do not know what to answer here.
