It’s actually jolly spiffing that the other members don’t have a clue what we are talking about.
I have an iMac, 27 inch, Use Firefox browser. Have VideoDownloadHelper application/extention added to browser. You stop the action in the window. On the timeline below the window you select your starting point. The video data comes in as 40 second blocks. Using VDH (VideoDownloadHelper) you can see these. I start a fresh window by right-clicking so that the data coming in is at the starting point you previously determined and selected in the timeline. You will have to play with it to see how it works. Sometimes I have to try to record 4 or 5 times to get the starting point right or the length of the video right. I try to have my videos 2 minutes or less. Makes a file about 20 mb.
