Alex & Anna manage many places ( almost 1/4 of all apartments ), they don’t go around and have sex with everyone of their tenants. you make it sound like as if the tenant are all mentally challenged or the are all puppets of the managers and they can’t decide for themselves so the managers can do whatever they want to them. last time I checked they are all well above 18 and they can think for themselves and make their choices.

It’s not all black & white and it’s also nothing new for A&A management team that caused problems with tenants.
They were already having group sex in their previous apartment, so they were already into the lifestyle. and if you watch the opening party, C&C were the ones who were initiating things and joining the other couples when they were having sex in the bedroom. if they did not want it they could stay outside like Drew and his GF. could it be that they actually enjoy this or does it always have to be some nefarious f___e behind everything?
Just as an example, Alex never did anything to Sofia when they opened her apartment and stayed with her for a few days, because she DID NOT WANT IT. people make their choices and are responsible for their own actions.
I don’t know why are people arguing whether Alex should have come or not, Alex has been like that, he is the manager and whenever an apartment gets opened by him and Anna he always fucks the new girls, plus yes Alex alongwith C&C must have decided the previous night what to do the next day and that they will be inviting a guest guy.
