Can you limit what you say to general language, avoiding local slang which may be interpreted incorrectly? If you can, then yes, that should work!

OK, I grew up in a medium sized American city, Whatever I say to others from that city can be understood easily, because we share knowledge of that area, but, If I go to New York or Los Angeles and say the same thing they may not understand me properly!

I’ve been trying since I joined vhtv but it’s not easy to find words that are easily translated from Italian to English…
Every time I respond to a person I have to change the text at least 10 times…

I understand your struggle as Romanian and Italian are very similar and i have the same issue, not a single time i managed to translate correctly from the first try, always needed to change words in order to get it right
