One thing is clear & good news for me that I won’t see Isidor again.
He looked like some kids who at early age break all the windows in the neighborhood with stones
But I doubt the Managers mostly bring back whoever they want after paying a fine
You know about which country we are talking here?
I don’t think anyone will have anything to do with them after this episode with Cinderella and Kerri. With the prospect of losing a capital investment i.e the cams etc. and the resulting loss of a revenue stream.
Yeah, still, why contracts in the first place? They don’t need them. Basically, tenants can do whatever they want, at least until the managers kick them out.
In that case, I can understand how some individuals who have already been banned can come back.
VHTV and its managers have no legal leverage, they even have to make sure that the matter is kept as secret as possible.
They stole the equipment or did they simply leave it in the empty apartment?
Kann einer mal erklären was genau passiert ist ?
Sorry Handsdown I don’t know, I was making a reply to Kaya’s post that they didn’t return the equipment.
I don’t know but quite obvious it’s always the same managers where things like that happens. I wonder when VHTV will see them as liability as they only cause trouble regularly and part ways with them?
I agree 100%.
Well, yes, they do need contracts. How can the managers tie the participants to them and not let them move to a different one if they want to?
And no, tenants can’t do whatever they want. They need the managers approval for many things (i.e: the offline time, holidays, etc…)
I understand, in perfect world. But if tenant decide to do something like happened here, they can’t do anything.
The only leverage the managers have is cash, if you ask me.
They can only ban them, i guess.
Even that can be changed in time depending on the priorities and powers. We seen it many times happening.
Not just that. They can decide who joins or not the project, who stays or not in the project, who is banned or not. That’s the biggest power they have IMO
I suspect also that there may have been an initial ‘set up’ loan to be repaid. What I think this episode also illustrates is the unwisdom of having allowed Alec back into VH Apartments.
True. They actually have one more, most powerful, but I don’t want to talk about that.
It doesn’t matter anymore, they’re gone and that’s that.
I know, i also didn’t mention it as it is quite different from a manager to the other.
Your point about equipment above, makes you wonder how they are managing for equipment currently?
I am not sure how they can be a liability when their apartments bring the most views, they always had the top apartments on Vhtv (Excepting R18 maybe)
Really? At the moment I don’t see any of their places standing out. And with all the trouble they and their places and participants caused in the past I would have fired them a long time ago.
No, in fact, I read Kaya’s reply and understood that they simply left, but they didn’t even bother to hand over the equipment.
I did not even think that they could have taken it, stolen it. It was only further comments that reminded me of that possibility.
I am more inclined to think that they left it all there and just walked away.
At the risk of being possibly controversial (which is not my intention), I do hope that this sad episode doesn’t indicate that the constraints of the VH business model become an unsustainable burden following a fine (which I suspect that C&K may have had for turning off the network recently) if I recall correctly. I have little evidence to support such a contention other than the fact that the girls have migrated from one similar (but not identical) money making enterprise to another (with more free time and freedom possibly), the point being that it was unlikly to be the nature of the work itself that led to their leaving. Also the fact that there is a relatively high turnover of VH apartments overall.
Make no mistake the loss is a bit of a blow for VH. A recent poll of ‘what is your favourite apartment’ had C&K names showing up quite noticeably.
