If, by obvious, you mean Ben wrote it, then yes. That’s what I’ve been saying from the beginning. Everyone else said Cinderella wrote it.
I said previously he used it with her permission. That’s just speculation, of course, but I think most people use a pin or a password, so he would have to ask.
Puzzled by the fact that some apartments lets seem to be longer than others. This one has been going since at least June under Cinderella and longer under Flora. Could be that it was freehold like (I suspect) Alan’s was.
Why not, what’s wrong with that ? 
The moment Cinderella touches a guest, all hell will break loose.
Throwing clothes around, leaving the flat, possibly going offline…I’m somehow tired of it.
The relocations are usually due to the various complains (i.e neighbours because of the noise ) and then the Landlord is evicting them. If that’s not happening, and the tenants are happy with the apartment, they can stay for a long time in the same place.
