@jabbath1987 …Please understand, they had no more wifi on their mobile phone. So they tried to fix the wifi. They accidentally switched off the router … then it didn’t come back on because the ISP no longer wanted it … 
But VHTV uses a different router. They don’t use the VHTV router to connect to the Internet via their private phones
