That is Kerri a good friend of Cinderella. She needs friends like her currently.When those two leave it is like a light being turned off.
Speaking of which, a fluorescent tube is starting to go in the Hall. If the Landlord is to replace they would have to hide the cams so a bit of self help is required here.
