IMPO, The only positive thing about the tattoos, is that they make identifying people easier.

The underbed lights are preventing the side cameras from going into night vision in the bed room. Hope they dont stay like this

I think they are well aware that the lights foster night vision in the rooms, More apartments have that now it wasn’t there before.
