@kaya I have a serious important question.
So yesterday was an incident in this apartment. The apartment gone off line.
My question has two parts.

it was stated by @VHTV_James (somewhere a year ago) that they are working to bring the apartment very fast back online in such a cases. I see no improvement. The incident might be for half an hour or an hour so why does it take it so long?

why it’s being deleted 13 hours of recording? I’m sure whatever happen it finished in an hour, why the rest twelve hours is deleted?
I fully agree i’m sure after an hour or two of offline the guests had left why so long offline.
Maybe it’s part of the punishment because the realm has no views during this time and thus doesn’t make any money…

I might be wrong, but from what i know, the decision on allowing the apartment to comeback online is made by the managers and not Vhtv. As the hour was very late on the night, it might explain the delay

- It doesn’t only depend on our decisions but on managers too. And also it depends on severity.
- Offline apartment has no stream, hence no record. 13 hours offline - 13 hours without timeline.
