I mostly criticis the younger tenants because the only thing they do is eat, s___p and look at there phone. I loved Fred and Casey’s Party’s. But thats because i think there more mature.
But that because Fred, Casey was a rented place for sex, nothing else. No one lived there, so comparing with any other place (besides Dexter bdsm fuck studio) isn’t fair

I don’t remember anyone (myself included) from forums that said it was a plus to understand tenants conversations 24/7 from different countries that VH already had.
So everybody disliked it? Or how does it prove anything? Unless you run proper survey you know nothing, just guessing. Not to mention that forum isn’t really a great sample of viewership I would say.

It would be great to watch a normal mature couple. Boring is okay as long as some occasional half naked or total nudity is provided. Naked cooking/housecleaning and walking around naked is what I like seeing. Skinny models are not my thing. Normal bodies (even chubby or mature) are what appeals to me. Sex is okay but just watching a person (female and/or male) doing things while naked is my voyeur thing. Sexy clothes add to the view and is quite the voyeur tease. All the porn style tenants that VHTV does have is not what I look for. As a couple, you would be a must watch. I encourage you to enquire about it and perhaps give it a try to see if you like it or if it is well received by a decent amount of viewers. There has been a lot of requests for mature women and mature couples. I applaud your interest.
